Santurce tabs rookie Isaiah Palermo in his first year in pro basketball

Cangrejeros-de-Santurce (BSN) inked 22-year old Puerto Rican 196cm guard Isaiah Palermo for upcoming season. Palermo just graduated from University-of-Arkansas-at-Little-Rock (NCAA) in USA. He has played there for the last four years.
Palermo started his college career at University of Arkansas at Little Rock (NCAA) where he played four seasons. His high school career he had spent at Osceola in Kissimmee, FL.
He represented Puerto Rico at the FIBA Americas Championship U18 in St. Catharines (Canada) five years ago. Palermo's team got to the Semifinals and his stats at that event were 6 games: 8.2ppg, 5.2rpg, 3.3apg, FGP: 51.5%, 3PT: 42.9%, FT: 66.7%.
So his pro career will start in Puerto Rico.
